About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I'm Jordanian. Traveling from Dubai to Cebu and have 10 hours transit at Shanghai. Do I need entry permit to make a tour within this 10 hours transit to Shanghai.

You are qualified for the 24-hour direct Transit, but whether you can leave the airport to explore the city, it is up to the immigration officer and what "policy" they have in store that day.
