About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for the free transit in Shanghai ?

I hold Dutch passport, am I eligible for the free transit in Shanghai for the below route?
Amsterdam -> Melbourne -> Hong Kong -> Shanghai -> Amsterdam

yes, this is good. Hong Kong is a special administrative region that has its own entry and exit requirement and treated as a different country at this time. For transit purposes this is considered Hong Kong -> Shanghai -> Amsterdam thus eligible for up to 144 hours in Shanghai
