Authenticating UK Degree and TEFL Certificate

Hello: Could you please share/indicate the process regarding Authentication procedures for a degree from the University of Salford, Manchester (UK) and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate, issued by Training Qualifications UK - Dunham House, Cross Street, Sale M33 7HH.

I have completed all other steps and the Chinese document Authentication is the last step. With the Degree and TEFL certificate being from the UK, they have been rejected here in the U.S. for authenticating.
What is the best way to have these two documents authenticated.

Sincere regards,
One last step

You need to do that from the Chinese embassy in your country. You should first get it notarized by the local notary public and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UK; and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested. You can check the detailed information from the official website of the Chinese embassy.
