I would like to take the Shanghai Sightseeing Ferry

But I don't find any information about where I can purchase the ticket?

For buying the ticket, you can go to No. 341 or 479, East Zhongshan 1st Road.
The boarding site is Shiliupu Port, No.482, East Zhongshan 2nd Road。

How much will the ticket cost? Is it always available or there is a need to pre book it? Is it available at night and shows the skyline at night?

It costs CNY 12 for the whole journey or CNY 2 for each stop. There is no need to pre book and it operates until 21:00.
