whats needed to confirm you're in R visa category?

i want to teach english in china and i've seen some schools are offering R.
what is the justification to get the R as a non native english teacher ?

The R type is issued to those who are high-level talents or whose skills are urgently needed in China. If you don't have the invitation from Chinese government, you can apply for the work Z type to work in mainland China.
