About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Need your help

Hy guys I have overstayed for a month because I had a part job and my job refused pay around 16,000 me because I don't have visa ,is it possible I can go home without paying the fine or if is going to jail how long will I take

You must pay the 10k CNY fine but the length of detention depends on the decision of the local public security office. If you can't pay the fine you will be in even more trouble as you may be prevented from leaving until you have enough money to pay the fine.
