Hi,I will be visiting there from 2-4 January 2019, will I be able to see the Ice Sculpture lighted up at night or they aren't opened to public until 5th January ? And among the three venues for Ice Festival, if I only have time for one, which one that I should visit? Thank you.Regards,

Yes, you can. You are advised to visit the Ice and Snow World, which may be opened after 25, December so you can visit there during your stay and you can also see the great view of ice sculpture lit up at night.
