Ice Sculpture prior to 5th January at Harbin Ice and Snow Festival

Hi,

I will be visiting there from 2-4 January 2019, will I be able to see the Ice Sculpture lighted up at night or they aren't opened to public until 5th January ? And among the three venues for Ice Festival, if I only have time for one, which one that I should visit? Thank you.
