About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Is there a traveler's lounge in the Shanghai Pudong Airport? If so, what would be the cost?

We have a long layover between flights, I'm wondering if there is a traveler's lounge available for resting etc..
If so, what might be the fee to use the service?

Yes, there is the Time-charging Hotel at T2 and its location is the dining floor near the entrance of International, HK-Macao-Taiwan Departures Hall. I called them. Starting with 3 hours, it charges about CNY 320 - CNY 400/ hour due to different rooms from 09:00 to 18:00. After 18:00, there is no timing room, you have to book one overnight room, costing about CNY 630 - CNY 680.
