About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shenzhen transit

My son and I are flying Phuket to London with an approx 9 hour transit at Shenzhen. I keep seeing contradictory information. Do we need entry permit? Thank you!

No visa is needed as you're eligible for the 24h twov (it works in Shenzhen since a few months).
