About:China 72-hour Visa

My parent and myself will be traveling in the Philippines and we have a layover in shanghai .

I am a US citizen with blue passport ,
My parents are green card holder but still holding Philippines passport . They have an entry permit to enter United States of America using the green card . ( immigrants visa) .

Do we still need a Chinese entry permit?

On Jan 23 , Our lay over will be one hour and thirty minutes from US lay over to china ( 1:30 )
In Shanghai china .
Then on Feb 21 we have to return back to US with lay over shabghai for 10 hours . Please advice.

You are eligible for 24h twov in Shanghai in both ways. No visa will be needed.
