About:China Visa on Arrival

Hongkong to Shenzhen. My MD is a UK citizen

he wants to go Shenzhen from Hongkong. Can he apply for VOA and which port should he go from Hongkong?

It's possible for him to get Shenzhen VOA at the Luohu border between HK and Shenzhen.
