About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, Iam Lithuanian passport holder.

I have flight Oslo-Moscow-Shanghai-Moscow-Oslo connected flights with aeroflot and have other tickets Shanghai-Manila-Shanghai. I just need to take out for my baggage and check-in to Manila flight, same flight back. Both time Ill be less than 24 hours in Shangai. Can i use both time 24 hour free transit or I need issue normal visa?

So your travel itinerary would be Oslo-Moscow-Shanghai-Manila-Shanghai-Moscow-Oslo, right? If yes, you are eligible for the 24h twov in Shanghai twice. Nice trip.
