waiting for airport shuttle bus in chongqing airport - what to wear?

Question

Can i wear a breathable shirt, a microfleece and a jacket to wait for airport shuttle bus in airport? I have no down coat. Will these layers keep me warm? Or is it suggested to buy an air ticket of T3 airline operator and arrive in the same Terminal 3 from Nanning? I have to catch an outgoing CQ Airlines flight to Phuket.

You need to wear a down jacket if you wait outside but if it won't cost too much time, maybe you can bear the coldness. You are advise to take the same airline so that you don't need to exit the terminal.
