I am a Australian Permanent Resident travelling to Nepal from China

I have a Nepali Passport, but I am a Australian Permanent Resident.
Can I get the 144 hrs TWOV?
Travelling from MEL-CTU-KTM

You cannot get the 144h twov. Try to apply for a visa before your trip.
