Germany - PVG / PVG - BKK / HKG - Germany via PEK.

Hello, I'm planning to travel from Germany to Shanghai PVG in January, stay for 6 days (arrive PVG at 1310 on 20 January then leave from PVG at 2305 on 26 January). Would this itinerary qualify for this 144h Exemption? I'm a German passport holder.
