i am going to hangzhou on 1 to 18 of february will all the sights be open?

We want to travel from Shanghai to Hangzhou and then again to Beijing/Hong Kong. Will it be possible? Will the restaurants and shops be open?

Hi, generally, all the sights will open during this period and most of the restaurants will open. Since Feb.5-13 is the Chinese New Year, some little restaurants and shops may not open.
