About:China 72-hour Visa
9 hour lay over in shanghai with transfer terminal 2 to 1
So, my parents will have a lay over in shanghai. From Manila, Philippines they will be flying with Cebu Pacific (terminal 2) with 9 hrs lay over. Then they will fly out in terminal 1 with Delta Airlines going to the US. They have a valid US entry permit with Philippine passport. Pls help if I need to apply visa for them. thank u
