Where is the nearest smart card center to Hangzhou Grand Metropark hotel?

i will book in Grand Metropark hotel (west gate)
Where is the nearest smart card center from which i can buy IC card Z type?

The nearest one is at No.25 Ding'an Road, Shangcheng District, about 25 minute' bus ride from the hotel. You can take the bus No.814 or the metro line 1.
