About:Marriage Registration in China

Visa for Indian husband and Indian parent for China

Hello all,
I am Sidharth, living in Shanghai.

I have two questions:
1. I am Indian guy married to Chinese lady. We have 结婚证 marriage copy from China. Currently, I am having working z as I am working in China. But in future I might consider to switch my job. While finding the job there might be a gap of 4-6 months. In normal situation if you are not married with Chinese native we have to go back to home country and apply whole thing again.
Can I get relationship (I think Q) for this duration?

2. Similar case with my Indian parents, as they would come and visit us for 2 years and we would like to get relationship visa for them? Is it possible?

You can try to change your work Z into family Q type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China after you don't work in China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country. Your parents can try to apply for Q1 type from the CVASC in your country to visit you.
