About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

I am going from HK to Guangzhou South then to Enping.

If I collect ALL tickets at HK West Kowloon including GZ to Enping with the extra service fee of HKD $30. When I arrived in GZ South, do I need to exit and re-enter or I can simply hop on to the train to Enping without the in and out process?

If you have the paper ticket for second trip, you do not need to exit the station and re-enter. However, you still cannot hop on the next ride directly. After your arrival, you can use the "transfer" option. You can go back to the waiting room from platform. Then you can find the waiting area/checkin gate of the second trip. After checkin of the second trip, you will reach the platform for second trip.
