About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Collection of train tickets during CNY

I will be arriving in Beijing on the 1st day of CNY. Could I collect the tickets from the Airport counter, or another possibility collect from Shenzhen Train counter? Can My friend collect the tickets on behalf without identity, is photos of the passport is possible or really need to collect personally?

Well, for collection, you need to do it at the railway station ticket counter. Airport and metro station cannot work. But you can do it at any railway station, not only departure station. For collection, all the passengers original travel documents are needed. If holding a photo it would not work.
