L visa for Philippines passport holder

Can i apply for L in Cambodia with my invitation letter from Chinese friend? what are the requirements and how long it would take thank you

Usually, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, valid residence permit or visa in there, your passport and its photocopy, and the invitation letter. It usually takes four working days for the processing.
