Hi, Business Visa Renewal

I am currently holding a multi entry business (M ), it's about to expire on December 25, 2018. I am currently in China and about to do an exit on December 10, 2018 but I am intending to re enter again on December 14, 2018. My question is, can I get a new multi entry one in my home country BEFORE expiration date of the current one?
