Visa for Romanian living in South Korea

Hello! I am a Romanian living in South Korea. I want to visit Shanghai in early January for 5 days. How do i proceed to get a visa if i am living in South Korea? Thank you!

First, prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, residence permit in there, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the CVASC to apply for tourist L type.
