About:Getting to Kunming

I want to go to Dongchuan Red Soil at the end of December. The weather and the scenery are good?

I will be arriving at Kunming airport at 2 am on December 23. I will stay at the airport for a few hours and plan to take the bus at 7h15 to go to Dongchuan Red Soil. How to get from the airport to the bus station north of KM fastest. What is the last bus and bus journey?

1. It would be cold in the end of December and the temperature difference at daytime and night may be large. You need to wear thick coat. If you lucky enough, you may see the rape flowers and the scenery is still very beautiful. It is one of the best times to visit and take photos.

2. I found the bus schedule from the North Bus Station to the Red Land is at 07:50 and 08:30. I’m not sure whether your information is wrong or not.

3. From the airport to North Bus Station, You can take the bus No.919 Line E (starting at 06:00) and get off at East Linyuqiao where to transfer to the bus No.182 and get off at North Bus Hub Station. The ride needs about 1 hour. So you may get to the North Bus Station at about 07:00. Then you can catch the bus at 07:50.
