Hi I m planning to travel from Huagou village to KM cityIs it possible to reach changshui airport before 2pm Bus timings And also cab charges Suggestions please

Um, you can make it. Take a taxi or hire a private car from Huagou Village to Dongchuan Bus Station in 60-70min. Then catch a coach to KM which takes about 3h. I remember the buses are available between 06:30 and 20:00.
