About:China Visa on Arrival

Am a Russian Passport Holder is VOA possible?

Am planning to visit China, and want to know is I can get entry voa?
And also Hong Kong?

You are supposed to apply for a visit visa for mainland China beforehand. You don't need a visa for the trip to HK.
