About:China Train

Shantou to Hong Kong by train.

Is there a high-speed train between (1) Hong Kong (or Shenzhen) and Shantou; and (2) one between Shantou Railway Station and Hong Kong? Thank you.

Yes, but not directly to or from Shantou station. You can use Chaoshan station instead. There are about 8 pairs of rides a day between HK and Chaoshan. Chaoshan station is not too far from Shantou city. You can use bus or taxi to transfer between Chaoshan station and Shantou city.
