About:Guangzhou South Railway Station

Will I be able to catch my train on time?

I will be arriving in Guangzhou Airport at 12.15pm in mid-December. Will I be able to catch my 3.30pm train at Guangzhou South train station, considering the holiday season and traffic flow in GZ? (I’ll be catching a taxi to the train station by the way). Thanks!

If there is a later train, it is better to have more time for the connection.
The transfer from the airport to Guangzhou South train station takes about 1h20mins, you need 30-60mins to get off the flight, pick up your luggage, catch a taxi. When you get to the train station, you also need to pick-up the paper tickets, which takes about 30mins.
