About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi I am travelling to Beijing arriving in Capital Airport on Feb 2nd 2019.

I am leaving China on 4th FEB from Jinan Airport in Shangdong Province. I noticed Shangdong are introducing a 144 visa free transit on Jan 1st 2019. Does this include my trip. I really hope so?

You will need a visa. If you have two stops in China (Beijing and Jinan) you will be limited to 24 hours visa-free transit.
