Travel on 144 hrs Visa

Wondering if this would be acceptable

Yangon to Shanghai (but flight stop in Bangkok but same flight/carrier)
Shanghai to Bangkok

Sorry, even if you stay in the plane it doesn't matter. If the plane lands it's considered a stop.
