Hi, I’m trying to order train ticket for two adults as below

18 dec changsha-zhangjiajie

2 jan zhangjiajie-changsha

4 jan changsa-HK west kwoloon

But on the collection method, I can’t choose pickup at the train station, the only available options are send to hotel or residence in China.

I live in HK at this moment, do can I select pickup at the train station?

For online booking, you can submit the booking for trips Changsha-Zhangjiajie-Changsha in one booking and Changsha-hk separately in another booking. By this way, you can choose to collect the paper tickets at station for both trips. These ticket can also be collected from the counter No. 1 to 5 at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, but there will be extra service fee HKD10 to 30 per ticket charged. If you collect the tickets in China mainland after your arrival, you can collect them for free.
