About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a visa if travelling from Auckland to India on Indian passport

I have a flight to India from Auckland on 7th Dec where the layover is in Pudong International Airport for 8hrs and while returning its 18hrs 40 min
Do I need to apply for entry premit before hand or am I eligible to stay there for that time on an Indian passport
