Application for an S visa

Hi, I'm Cameroonian currently studying in China my wife is in Philippine under a visitor status and I want her to apply for an S to come and stay with me in over here. Pleas I wish to know the requirements.

She needs to provide passport and the copy, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, residence permit or valid visa in there, an invitation letter from you and copy of your Chinese residence permit and passport, as well as your marriage certificate and others.
