About:China Tour Operator

144 visa for Vancouver- Shanghai- Melbourne

We are Australian citizens flying from Vancouver to Shanghai. Staying 4 nights in Shanghai then flying direct to Melbourne. Do we qualify for the 144 visa? Thanks
