Is there a waiting time between the application of 2 L visa?

In case I have used up my 2 entires into China for a tourist L within - lets say 2 months (2x30 days). Can I apply a new L right after I have departed in China for the last time or is there a waiting time until, I can apply for a new L?

As I know, there is no need to wait for the application. If you are worried, you can contact the visa office to confirm that.
