About:Scope of Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Is there a weekly Shanghai transportation card?

I would like to know whether there is a weekly pass for the tourist for travelling around the city and how much will it cost.

No, there is no weekly transportation card in SH. You can buy a general transportation card and return the card when you leave.
