About:China Visa

Chinese Visa - Single or double entry visa

I will be visiting Shanghai next month for 6 days, then board a cruise ship from Shanghai for a 5-day cruise to Japan, returning to Shanghai's Baoshan Pier in the morning. After disembark the cruise, I will be going to the Shanghai airport to depart in the afternoon. Do I need a single-entry visa or double-entry China one?

You can apply for a single entry visa, and then apply for the 144h twov for the second transit in Shanghai.
