LA - Xiamen - Seoul

Hi my boyfriend and I are traveling to Seoul with a transit in Xiamen. I'm a US passport holder and him a Philippine passport holder. Do we need to get transit visas for our 3hr layovers (going to and from Seoul)? Thank you very much!

No, you don't need a visa as you can use 24h twov in Xiamen.
