About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have multiple stops in China.

I am an Indian citizen and am traveling from New Delhi, India -> Guangzhou, China -> Wuhan, China -> San Francisco, USA. There is a 4 hr layover in Guangzhou and then 2 hr flight to Wuhan and then 2 hr layover in Wuhan before I take my flight to SanFrancisco, USA. Am I eligible for 24-hour transit without visa or Do I need to apply for entry permit?
