About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

When we fly back home after our vacation

We have booked the flight Sweden - Moscow - Shanghai (and then after four days) - Indonesia. I know the 144 hour rule applys here.

My question is when we will go back home to Sweden, do we have another 144 hours in shanghai? Or do we only have 2 days left (because we stayed there for four days before going to indonesia)?

Thank you!
