One Way Ticket to HK?

Hello there!
Im Swiss and want to fly from Zürich via Helsinki to HK. Is it possible to fly there with a one way ticket? Or do I need i fly back or a proof of an onward travel? If i need one, would it be enough to just book a train ticket to shenzhen in advance (without getting a visa for china as well)?
