Connecting HK with Macau by new bridge

Hi, I'm coming to HK in January, I would like to visit Macau for a couple of days, but I've done already the connection by ferry several times. I would like to connect by the new bridge this time. We are 4 adults and 4 children. Do you provide any service by van or some private charter?
Also, I've heard the trip is still not smooth as the ferry one, I mean there is some lines to get out or in at the "borders". Thanks for your comments.

I don’t know where you are going to start. Anyway, you can get to the Hong Kong Port of the new bridge at first and then take the shuttle bus to Macau port. The shuttle buses run for 24 hours a day with the interval of 5 - 10 minutes during peak hours and 10 - 15 minutes during off-peak hours. You have to go through the customs for two times: one is in HK Port and the other is in Macau Port. Afer, there are macau city buses 101X and 102x leading to downtown.
