About:The Office of the Chargé d'Affaires of the PRC in Lithuania

Lithuanian Passport but Live in UK

When applying for a Chinese Visa, do I need to apply through country of Residence or country of my passport?

You could make the application in the UK if you have valid residence permit in there.
