Going from LA to Manila via SH (changing airline in shanghai)? On the return taking the same route through SH but want to stay in SH. Do I qualify for the 144 hour visa free transit? Thx

If you fly Manila - SH - USA, you are eligible for 144 hours free visa and you can only stay to move in these three areas within 144 hours: SH, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
