I thick Route B is much better.
From From Guangzhou to Guilin, you can take the bullet train and the duration is about 2 - 3 hours.
From Guilin to Yangshou, you can also take the train and the travel time is about 30 minutes – one hour.
From Yangshou to Shenzhen, you can take the bus or train and both are ok.
From Zhuhai to Guilin, you can consider taking the train with duration of about 4 hours.
From Yangshou to Guangzhou, bullet trains are recommended to you, with duration of about 2 - 2.5 hours.
