Get the visa for a child if parents are with student X in china

Pls let me know the process to get the visa for a child if parents are in china with student X

The child can apply for S type. First, provide passport, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter from the parent and copy of the inviter's residence permit, as well as the birth certificate. Next, submit the application to the Chinese embassy.

The Invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit or a Confirmation letter of Invitation refers to a letter issued by related Chinese government departments, companies or social organizations which was authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. You can find an agency to help you apply it.
