About Work Permit

Hello
I am Nepalese citizen and currently,I am working in Malaysia as a foreign worker.It's been a four and half year.I have find out some of Nepalese people went there (Macau) for working, I am curious to know if any work visa/permit can get in Nepal to apply work in there (Macau).
I have also done hotel front desk job previously in Nepal.
I would be very thank full if you provide details.
