From Xian to Chongqing, is it recommended to use the high speed ride or sleeper ride?

Personally, I prefer the sleeper ride since I can have a good rest during the night. K1002 should be good option and you can reach Chongqing the next day morning time. But surely, the facilities on sleeper rides are not as good as high speed rides. So if you prefer better environment, high speed ride would be more suitable for you.0
