Any high speed train available from kashgar to xinxiang and vice versa?

there is no high speed rail service in Kashgar. If you want to use high speed ride as much as possible, you may choose to go from Kashgar to Urumqi and then to Lanzhou and finally to Xinxiang. It can also be used for return trip as well.

What will be the total cost of this? And if no high speed train available, is there ANY direct train from kashgar to xinxiang, how much economical and time taking is it

There is no direct rail between this two cities, you need at least change two times on the way. The price is hard to say, depends on the type and seats you choose. Usually the sleeper rides are much cheaper than high speed rides, but longer times. You can check the price on this website for each part and seat class.

There are direct trains from Kashgar to Urumqi, both of which are cities in Xinjiang province. It takes anywhere from 18 to 24 hours depending on the train you take and costs from $15 up to $75 depending on class of ticket - hard seat (3rd Class), hard sleeper(2nd Class), or soft sleeper (1st class).
You can also take a sleeper bus. It takes about 24 hours but I am forgetting the cost as I did this journey ten years ago. I think it by now it would be somewhere in the range of $30-$50.
